I am certain he had all those managers and agencies advising him and no doubt told him the importance of having a will.....relatives can get really greedy and then of course with a daughter...more indication of his only thinking about himself. I imagine the mother will be stepping up to the plate here for her share of nothing. Only one in the group that seems reasonable and not out for something is his brother. I will be watching that hearing on May 9th regarding the vacation of conviction in Lloyd and if in fact that get that accomplished then Baez/Leontine etc. can say they virtually cleared him of everything...big victory for them...and oh will Baez hang his hat on that.

I see them pulling all his cash out when he got arrested. No tracing that. And "giving away" personal belongings worth big bucks. All to be returned to her after lawsuits are all settled...this is just my thoughts on it ..no proof ...just how I would see him and lawyers working it.

Glad to see this 'he had no will' finally in print. I had assumed he didn't have one as SJH had to go to court to be appointed personal representative (executor) of his estate.

I understand how young people think they are infallible and may not have a will, but this was a guy making millions. This worthless piece of nothing didn't even make sure to provide for his child.

This kind of shows how he valued that relationship with SJH too. 'IF' and that's a big 'IF' there was an insurance policy taken out when he was a Pats player, she or his daughter probably wouldn't have been the beneficiary.

Have no doubt, he killed himself because he thought only of himself and the thought of living his life out in a little cell in a max prison as a convicted murderer who had become only a number was not what this one time celebrated person wanted.

I think he became a 'self proclaimed' executor. He said he was 'acting' as executor. I know confusing, but what else is new.

Hmmm... I suppose it's possible that 3rd suicide note was in-fact addressed to Baez with AH instructions re. final affairs (recall early reports cited 3rd note addressed to AH attorneys). If so, acting Executor Baez would be empowered to appoint SJH as personal representative for estate.

and so it begins with Shay's new life. Baez is not an estate attorney so may have a back seat in much of that stuff...not sure if he can be involved in the vacation matter either. And you can be very sure OL's family has legal standing whether from the conviction (in question now) and a civil suit and will have a lien on any sale of that house.

ITA! AH committing suicide will not move the needle one bit when it comes to any and all lawsuits filed against his Estate. Even if his murder conviction is voided by the criminal justice system it does not negate anyone's right to sue AHs estate in civil court. Imo, even in the case where he was found NG for double homicide the lawsuits will continue now in civil court against his Estate.

The threshold in civil court is a much lower standard and is only by the preponderance of the evidence 51/49 etc.........which means of course it is more likely than not he is guilty of what the Plaintiffs have accused him of doing. I think all three cases will be easily won. The Estate Administrator or Executor/s would be wise to try and settle all of these cases out of court.

Those lawsuits and all outstanding debts owed by AH will first have to be settled before any of the monies/assets leftover can be divided among possible legal heirs.

I truly doubt there will be anything left especially after the Estate Attorneys get their share.

She should be ashamed of herself....the jury got the verdict wrong. It's also none of her business to feel sorry for his child...he chose this child's life circumstances and put her in jeopady. What about the victim's families?

i feel it more likely that third note (if it exists) was to Baez and Co. as they seem to be his best friends for the past year and the only ones other than Shay that showed up for court. I look forward to seeing his estate settled and those deserving getting their share...frankly I don't count Shay in that group. A trust should be set up with anything that may be left for Aviele that Shay can't spend. Shay needs to get a job and repair her relationship with her family. That little girl needs to be around people not in gangs and get a normal life going. It can't have been good during all these years.

Remember the father of one of OJ's victims sued OJ after he was acquitted. It wasn't about the money, but the ownership of the murder for him.

Odin's mother wanted to call AH as a witness and he would of had to get on the stand and not been able to invoke his Fifth Amendment rights as he was convicted of Odin's murder. We all would have loved to see that, but since he decided to end his life before that would ever happen, that's it.

If these folks go forward with the civil cases, bank records can be subpoenaed showing where he funneled that money to and how much. There has to be record as I doubt all of it was stuffed under a mattress.

But who knows, maybe SJH took it out in that box in that big plastic bag and buried it somewhere.

Okay, that's just silly. His own defense team admitted that AH was present during the murders, did nothing to stop it, did nothing after the fact to help solve it. Those are crimes in the state of MA.

IMO, NOBODY spent a penny without some kind of say so from AH. (Remember during the first trial when he instructed Shay to give money to Tanya?)
