frankly it is not a matter of something "working" this law is on the books and judge Garsh had no choice....I am pretty sure that she did not feel good about that ruling with Odin's family sitting there but as she said the law "left her no choice"...sort of like that second trial whereby he was acquitted...in that case the state just did not prove their case.

And it makes no sense to anyone really

It seems to me that if the prosecution was fighting it, the law was left up to some interpretation and she had some justification to rule the other way. Although I'm sure defense would have appealed it of course.

Either way, what needs to go is that law. Why aren't our politicians trying to get rid of stupid loopholes like this one? It seems like they go after abortion all day, but they can't work towards getting ridiculous old fashioned laws that cause the families of the victims undue pain off the books?

How is this justice? I can't even call this our "justice system" anymore. It sounds like a bad joke.

I am so on the fence with this Dr. Phil interview with SJ(H).....I have a problem with believing anything she says (or will say). JMHO.

At the Lloyd trial she lied. By that I mean the constant "I don't know's" was grating. SHE KNEW.

I am still confused by the H in her name? Why did she even do that? Who does that? And courts allow that? Even when the 'partner' is in jail serving LWOP.

From what I understand, is that Dr. Phil does NOT pay any interviews. BUT what he will do is pay for her flight to LA and her accommodations.

They often find a way to pay for interviews. They just call it something else.

Dr. Phil donated about 200,000 to one of the Anthony's sham charities for one of their appearances on the show and when he had Baez on the show, he spent tens of thousands of dollars towards Baez's book sales so a copy of his crappy fictional "true story" about Caylee Anthony's murder could be handed out to everyone in his studio audience. That episode was godawful.

I just saw a review of Shay giving her interview and crying....Daily Mail has it...cannot post as I am on iPad.

However, I am sorry when anyone's loved one dies, but I don't feel that sorry when they go on all the media networks, crying, telling tales and they somehow get paid....just how much are they grieving for their loss....maybe crying with joy for all the monies they are pulling in. Sorry...But she and others really make me mad. I do not read the articles or watch, all you have to see is the headlines or TV show commercial previews. I will not give the networks credit with my click for them to think this is a popular subject. Okay back to cleaning house

Oh please... Dr. Phil hands her a hankie like it's on cue. Here's the link if you really want to watch: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...aron-Hernandez-s-fianc-e-learned-suicide.html

No, 'the family' hasn't raced to the courthouse yet as they are they are still in 'discussions'. SJH was grieving so much that she had to race to do the Dr. Phil show so she can play the victim and probably get paid big bucks (one way or another) for 'playing her role'.

The family hasn’t started to figure out its next move, Hernandez’s lawyer told TMZ. But it’s likely to be complicated.

“How the NFL treats him from this point forward remains to be seen,” Hernandez’s lawyer Jose Baez told TMZ. “We’re in discussions with his agents to see where he stands.”

Hernandez said the family, which just had the funeral for Hernandez, wasn’t “racing to the courthouse” to file anything related to his contract.

This is so stupid. They are virtually rewarding him for a murder that he was found to have committed beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

Baez wallows in blood money. I think his fondest dream is filling a drained swimming pool with blood money that he can dive into like Scrooge McDuck.

Sick murderer enabler.

I bet he's preening over the fact that he got Hernandez acquitted again.Ooh, that sounds like a motive Baez, do you still suspect foul play?

If I was Dr. Phil, one question I would have for SJH is ........

"After AH lured LO out in the middle of the night, drove him with two hoodlums to a remote deserted area near AH's home and then shot LO numerous times execution style,
how could you stay with him after he murdered your sister's fiance? "

Phil's speciality are softball questions...Shay is now with Baez' team and will not say anymore than on the stand...that immunity deal is a shame as she is an accomplice to the OL murder.

Wonder if Baez had informed AH of the legal "benefits" his death would reap? Hmmm...more money available for him to get a piece of. Just sayin' I can just hear him: "Oh by the way, do you know there's this law that if you die before your appeal is resolved, your conviction is vacated? Isn't that wild? Then your NFL benefits would be available as part of your estate." Just kinda planting a thought in his mind. I mean, would AH have that legal knowledge?? Again, JMO.

I myself still have doubt about suicide.
Why would AH kill himself? Just five days before he won his case and they were going forward with an appeal which was a chance at freedom. Might not have happened but it also might have. We never know.
He was only 27 years old. Yes he had to go back to Souza but I just cant see him killing himself.Yes I read everything on what they found etc. but today I hardly believe any of it!!! To many changes in the actual story. What is really true, we can only go on what they release to us which is not only fact. I dont know I cant seem to get rid of that in the back of my mind. There are cover-ups all the time and who knows as this could be one too.
Anyway Shayanna is already riding the gravy boat. As I have said in previous post she knows alot, and definately what was in that big black bag and which dumpster she went to. She was not gone that long to dispose of the bag. And tell me who would have NOT looked in there when the guy telling you to chuck it is in prison for murder. Liar liar.
The Dr. Phil show will be more of the same. All B.S.

Also I forgot to add my sister-in-law is insisting that the Pat's will not have to pay her a dime because of a clause in the contract that says the player (AH) must be actively playing which he was not because he was in jail and then convicted. I really have no idea but I will say if they do have to pay at all to the daughter for any length of time I think a paternity test should be done beforehand.
I would not trust one thing that came out of any of them.
$$$$$$$$$$$$ Bring it on Shay.

I think everything points to him killing himself.

1) The suicide notes were in his handwriting.
2) His cell was barricaded from the inside.
3) He was giving away his possessions.
4) He told another inmate that he'd heard about the law that if he died while his appeal was still going through the system, his conviction would be vacated.
5) He got very religious in his final days and said kooky things about being forgiven and reincarnation.
6) He wrote a suicide letter to his fiancee saying she was going to be rich.

I can't see any way he could have killed himself unless the entire prison was in on it. I think Hernandez just wasn't in his right mind. Maybe he thought he was being noble.

I find it about as likely as Caylee Anthony drowning in the pool and Casey's father (a former policeman) walking a couple blocks down the street to dump her remains when Casey's car reeked of decomposition and all the evidence pointed towards her having her child's body in the trunk of her car.

It doesn't add up.

I think he KNEW he was not going to win the upcoming appeal. There was so much solid evidence in the Odin case, unlike the Boston case.

So even though he skated from the Boston shootings, imo, he knew he was doing LiFE in prison. :jail: And I think he had gone a bit off the deep end, psychologically and emotionally.

On a Daily Mail....Shay gives interview....questions suicide and possibly fake handwriting of letters...WS you were right...JB spinning his lies through her.....sorry I cannot link on the iPad....the article is today's headlines! Grrrr

From the link I provided above:

"However, legal experts say that it's highly unlikely that a lawsuit to reclaim the rest of his salary would be successful since he settled with the team in 2014 and likely signed documents preventing future payouts, no matter the change in his criminal status.

The team could also argue that Hernandez was in violation of his contract for even being suspected in the murder. "

Dr Phil trying to spin this as NOT A SUICIDE.

Yes he did. But then he also says it would have had to have been a mass conspiracy with people in the jail editing the surveillance footage etc. if it wasn't a suicide. And $hay stated that AH had never spoken to her about any problems with anyone that caused him concern so she has no idea who would have done this.

At least we know who the 2 people are who AH asked her to take care of when he referred to 'the boys' and their names were redacted from the note: His brother and his God son.

Ugh. I hate them all.

How dare they try to make this murderer who took his own life a victim?

I'm glad I didn't watch this.

Dr Phil trying to spin this as NOT A SUICIDE.

Dr. Phil makes a living showcasing tragedies. He sold out a long time ago. And he isn't very smart. I don't watch his show anymore. It sickens me.

I still remember him questioning Baez on what he wrote in his ridiculous book and then handing out a copy to each and every person in his studio audience, paid for by him. That was how he "didn't pay" for that horrible interview that I doubt many people really wanted to watch anyway.

He also had the Anthonys on multiple times and the last time he did, he made a huge donation to one of their sham charities in which they pocketed the majority of the money made. The charity closed down not long afterwards and there was some evidence that part of that money made its way into Casey Anthony's pocket.

I like what you did there Rocco..... $hay
