I am really wondering how many times as the prosecutor questions his witnesses can Judge Garsh interject those admonitions...break the momentum state is trying to make before it is considered plain jury tampering??? I get it that she can do it once in a while but this judge does it so much I think it could easily make the jury feel that the state really does not have a case and I find it disturbing!!
