AH didn't disable his home surveillance system because he knew it would look more suspicious.

Absolutely - disabling would not only look suspicious, but with mine, if the system shuts off, the alarm company will call to confirm that it was deliberate - even if code is used (an intruder could force you to disable it). If you don't answer, they automatically call for help.

I expect we'll see some pretty clear pics of what he's holding during trial, I was searching for a bigger pic to try to isolate his hand and came across another from a different angle but much clearer and in color. I think LE just hasn't released the best pics showing it to no doubt be a gun, and with all confidence (on their part) a Glock.

Yes. Judge was standing during entire jury instructions and while addressing lawyers. (she does have a chair to sit on)

Shade of the Oscar trial? I had never seen before then.

NOTE TO SELF: Never again follow live stream a trial where you have to get up at 3:30 am to 8 am ..... zzzzzzzzzzzzzz all day/every day when I did that. How you guys in Aussie land and across the pond can do our trials live stream in the US and mess with sleep patterns...kudos!
