Defense attorney is getting nowhere with current witness (detective).

Defense attorney picking on witness on insignificant things. Like exact time LE picked up the shell casings and exactly who picked up the towel and hat. Attempting to show poor policing. If defense continues with condescending tone, jury won't like him. He is now making an issue of why towel distance was not measured with a tool instead of "eye-balling" distance.
