At the Franklin apartment, where police also found Hernandez’s Humvee parked outside, detectives seized five boxes of 7.62-caliber ammunition, five boxes of .45-caliber ammunition and a box of .22-caliber ammunition. They also confiscated clothing, duffel bags, receipts, a boarding receipt for alleged associate Ernest Wallace, as well as clothing and a white sweatshirt matching the one that Hernandez was reportedly seen wearing on surveillance video on the night Lloyd, 27, was shot and killed on June 17, 2013.

Although, maybe it doesn't matter. If the defense says the gum could have put AH's DNA on the shell casing, it still shows he was there. Right? :waitasec:
