Prosecutor is showing the "paid" PCP "expert" is not such an expert on PCP.
He's just your typical paid expert.
I hate this kind of witness.
So, I say this once every trial. ..... Paid experts are same as jailhouse snitches. Toss out testimony. IMO

Excellent argument by Prosecution to judge that this expert witness is worthless for testimony. Bottom line, expert can't or is unable to testify that AH's actions in video before/after incident that AH shows behavior of being under influence of PCP.

Still makes no sense to me that the defense wants this kind of testimony in, if they say AH wasn't an actor in the killing. It doesn't go with their defense, only mitigation if he's convicted, imo.

Motion denied, allowed to testify, 3 defense witnesses to testify, aside from this guy, someone who tested the bubble gum and someone else concerning the bubble gum, expect to finish by lunch.
