anyone think that perchance there could be several wads of chewed gum in a vacant lot and the gun casing/ shell just hit it when it fell. And in the hurried clean-up AH and friends missed the casing which was attached to the gum---they saw the green gum and not the casing/shell...Which would mean that the prosecution is damn lucky they found anything at all--all the other casing were picked up by ------

Oh, so they're trying to prove the AH's DNA on the shell casing came from the gum and not his handling the casing? Took me a while to get that.

I'm a bit confused about this gum and shell casing testimony and frustrated I can't give this morning's session my full attention.
