now i understand..........it's from the transcript......."we seen the silver....".........omg

lovely

Ugh. I don't think there will be a verdict today. I'm starting to think it may be a hung jury. :(

Since there was another question today about the gun charges, they are either haven't started on the murder charge or they have and they are finishing up.

i'm thinking we may have a verdict shortly............or in the morning it being friday

I just can't fathom him being found ng or 2nd. To convict of 2nd, you'd have to think he wasn't the ring leader which goes against any and all of the evidence. Between the texts, him driving to the murder scene, walking around with the gun, I cant see it. He was clearly the ring leader that night. I think that's proven BARD. I think murder two is out.

So for the jury, you don't know of a motive, because you're not allowed to know about his "other spot" in Boston, the double murder. You don't get to know how the man on the stands face got to look like that. You're not allowed to know about the texts where he lets his sister know who he's with. The shoes are MIA. No gun. No conspirator statements or confessions.

I don't know. I'm sure they want to convict, know he did do it, but maybe can't.

no offense but you simply do not talk like that if you have any level of education...ability to understand the meaning of instructions will be a challenge for this juror for sure

Although I have a friend who speaks like that who would be a GREAT juror, very level-headed and reasonable. So I don't think it's that big a deal, but yes I have that same kind of feeling in my stomach.

I can totally see this being the situation and maybe why they are so hung up on the gun charges bc they feel like he should be held responsible for that? Who knows...the longer this goes the more I'm worrying

WHAT?? Really?

nope, keep reading :blushing:

(i gotta go fix that) :floorlaugh:

eta.......i fixed it :D, i am so sorry lol

eta again..........i feel like i'm in my cousin vinnie......saying in disbelief, "i shot the clerk?" :floorlaugh: and then it's a confession........

The prosecutor should've used the Juan beach example of circumstantial evidence. 4 people go into the place.....3 come out. Next day they find 1 of those shot dead. That means one or two or all of the 3 who came out killed the 1. And they have shown that all 3 were doing everything together, so.......

Thanks! Yeah I read on and realized. I read the posts in order so I don't miss anything...hehe.

Yeah the time is kind of worrying me. But then again, there was a lot of evidence. But it seems to me that most of the jurors would have already known by the time they got into that room whether or not they think he did it....I mean, there is VIDEO of everything surrounding it, except for the actual murder. So taht's why I'm worried. Video evidence is video evidence, there's not really much to debate whether or not Aaron was there or not. They show him in the car, picking up Odin, coming back home, etc.. Shayanna disposing of a box. The shell casings in car. I mean....????

I really think that there is at least 1 juror who is Not guilty, they are trying to convince this one or more jurors.
