GUILTY MA - Aaron Hernandez, New England Patriots player, charged with homicides #4

Okkk......sooo....I am preparing myself for Hung Jury. I do not think it will be Not Guilty, no way. Is 2nd degree on the list? It will be either 2nd or Hung.

I think there is 1 or 2 holdouts on this jury. The others are trying to convince them, which I don't think will happen. Nowadays the 'trend' is that people are lauded for 'holding strong' and holding to their opinions/views. This is something going on in our society at large. It is seen as a sign of 'weakness' if people want to compromise or change their opinions.

I agree, second degree or hung for the murder charge and I'm not sure about the others. I really hope we are wrong!

also don't forget the months and months of not so subtle messages coming from Garsh that all rights are in favor of AH and sort of implies that it is an extreme measure to find him quilty...as least that is the message I got.

I have repeatedly said I am very concerned about his purposeful eye contact with that jury...he could be focusing on one or two females...there are people out there that think a good looking football star cannot commit a crime...just that simple...one of those on the jury and it is trouble. Remember they may not know all we do and even if they do not supposed to consider it.

Ugh, I hate the thoughts of one juror being that shallow.

I've no idea how he couldn't be found guilty even not knowing all the extraneous stuff I know.
The good news is even if not guilty he isn't going anywhere. Next trial is in a month for the double murder and there are witnesses
and the gun.
If I was a juror and said not guilty then saw everything that wasn't allowed I'd be po'd

I'm not sure he is making eye contact with the jury. I remember one reporter saying that when they show him looking toward the camera, he is looking at the attorney who is presenting at the time. Another said that they had seen no eye contact with the jury.

Thank you ---I have to keep reminding myself of that when I get anxious about this 'iffy' verdict. I have bad feelings about this outcome. I feel like they are going to vote GUITY on the ammo and let him walk on the murder charges.

But we will have a different judge and MORE EVIDENCE next time around. :jail:
