i wanted to post this tweet to say...........don't put much stock into tweets like this imo..........this scheduling issue was before deliberations began iirc.......so ehh.....

i would read nothing more into the 1pm departure other than court has been 1/2 day on Fri. and a juror made an appointment they need to keep. They have things to deal with and the logical scenario would have been for the defense to have a much longer case than they did.

i'll have to put imo on it starr but i think it was verified yesterday.........it was scheduled earlier in the week before deliberations began iirc

hope no one is in illinois near where the deadly tornadoes were

they have raw video of one.......i clicked it........and the sound was so loud in my wireless headphones i clicked it off........will watch it later as i have my volume cranked to hear this trial tweet notification.......

Last night was scary. We are in southeast Wisconsin. The tornado sirens were going off. Thankfully we made out ok. That poor little town in Illinois, not so much.

Thanks! It is very sad. The sheriff in that town is on the news now, giving an update. He just said his home is gone. Nothing he can do about it, so he is just continuing to help others.

I'm thinking we won't have a verdict today. :sigh:

O/T, but I am just amazed at CNN. They spent last week covering the German air crash 24-7. This week they're covering the police shooting 24-7. Yesterday on a site I read that the co-pilot might have put some diuretic in the pilot's drink to make him go to the bathroom, but it was a tabloid-y site so I wasn't sure if it was true or not. Anyway, on CNN they are not talking about the crash anymore after covering it EVERY minute of last week. Suddenly they just stop. THey are on 24 HOURS A DAY - can't they make time for both (only 2!) stories, the shooting and the crash. All I'm asking for is 2 stories, let's start there and progress. It's like a little baby you are teaching to walk with baby-steps.
