Sstar, some people say that, some say the opposite. There is clearly some disagreement. Hard to say what. The jurors have all weekend..... How tempting to find out what those texts said. Must be driving them crazy. I bet they're stuck on motive. I know you don't have to prove it but juries like it. What else could someone be stuck on?!

Talk about a dangerousness hearing!! He is accused of popping 4 guys for looking funny at him or because they knew something about him. I think he will be held. I hope. Although, he really cant help himself...how soon is it until people start falling dead around him again?

I can see murder 2 here and the gun charges, although he deserves murder 1. The key in this conviction is Judge Garsh. She can throw it out, I believe. I am thinking about Louise Woodward in the Matthew Eappen case.

he's being held on no bond for the double murder......and it's in another county, suffolk county
