per martha coakley being interviewed by channel 5......only impact on double murder trial of this conviction will be if he chooses to testify.......then it would come in that he is a convicted murderer........otherwise it would not be revealed probably.........i would think it would not as it would be more prejudicial than probative and he has the right to stay silent............

they have! he's being held with no bond......and it's due for trial soon.....they have more evidence than in this case.....the murder weapon, eye witnesses, video, etc.
