Ohhhh Man!! I'd convict AH just because of the obvious conclusion that his associates and friends are a bunch of low life ****s , druggies, gun runners, deadbeats who follow the rules that AH dictates.

I know that isn't necessarily what it should be. But how these past few have testified demonstrates how the "**** Life" and regular decent lives of normal citizens is indicative of guilt by association.

I was always taught that you get judged ( unfairly or not) by those you associate with. So, be careful when choosing your friends. When young, I didn't think that was fair, but as reality of life unfolded, I came to understand the wisdom of that advice! :twocents:

phone recs show someone called #AaronHernandez multiple times from hospital b/t 2/14 & 2/17 when Bradley was being treated there

I think that is very important info, that AB began calling AH from the hospital , after being shot. If AB had been shot by Cape Veridean gang members, why would AB be calling AH and accusing him?

WOW---fireworks between Judge LOCKE and BAEZ----

Baez said he had objected to something previously---Judge called his bluff and played back the court tapes---and BAEZ had NOT objected...busted

then Baez flips out on judge, ranting endlessly ...judge apologizes but does not back down on his assertion that Baez did not object previously, as he had claimed...

Temper tantrum, eh?

This Judge is holding his own and not letting JB get his way nor is the Judge holding law classes like in Anthony trial. Stay with it Judge...JB is not a big cheese, is not always right and nor does he have the right to make a scene like that. I am sure the jury sees all this...well I hope so, as one other jury did not. Thanks everyone for posting.

I hope the jury feels better...flu or food issues? Neither are fun.

Lifelong friend McDonnell testified. He was about the only one of AH's friends that appeared to be a regular guy. He eventually went to work for him as a sort of assistant when AH made it to the Patriots... sounded like he needed a job then. This was probably the biggest part of his testimony about his tattoos...

Laurel J. Sweet‏ @Laurel_Sweet
McDonnell interprets #AaronHernandez tattoo: CBS/WBS IWBTG: "Can't be stopped, won't be stopped. I will be the greatest."

Then a brief part of a video was shown of an interview which focused on his tats. (video is in this article:
http://boston.cbslocal.com/2012/01/01/hernandez-talks-gronk-brady-on-patriots-gameday/)

They went on a week long trip to Costa Rica.

....They day after they got back from the trip, AH murdered Odin Lloyd.

Next witness is Shayanna Jenkins... but isn't her last name now Hernandez, as she legally changed it when she moved to RI after AH was convicted?

I think they arrived back on July 15, 2012. That was the day leading into the double murder in Boston (early morning, July 16, 2012.) I thought the timing was pretty crazy!

Wow just watched the latest duel between JB and the judge. I guess I am seeing this all very differently than most here. I think JB has valid points as I thought Sullivan did. The judge seems on a very short fuse with both sides but particularly the defense. He ultimately gave in to JB and noted the objection and then tried to dial all the number testimony back which we all know really does not work. I did a bit of googling on Judge Locke and he has an interesting history...not all of it positive and has been known to blow up in courtrooms. I think his comment to JB while jury was still there is simply not correct under any circumstances and I think the jury must be wondering what in the world is going on in this courtroom. Now we have jurors sick which was inevitable...must wonder if the judge is sick the way he is acting. I am no Baez fan but the judge seems biased.
