I received a Google Alert on this case this morning, and found another person Ted Daniel's that tweets from the court room. I'll post his stuff here, as I'm going to listen to the trial on WildAboutTrial. The Boston Herald live streaming just isn't working for me. I'll try this for a while. I can post for a few hours today!

AB is the only one who answered questions. The others in the SUV couldn't/wouldn't. My best 'guess' of what the defense will try to say is that AB got out of the SUV to do a drug deal and someone shot him. I think their Cape Verdean gang thing feel apart so they will go with this. They made a big deal out of that blood splatter on the irrigation pipe near the fence. Non of these in the SUV can 'suddenly' remember the shooting, AH won't testify, so they need other witnesses. I noticed a couple of people on the witness list from Tootsies... I guess we'll see if the CW calls them to the stand first.

As far as the double homicides, it will probably come down to the defense's own forensic experts, maybe a couple of people that were at Cure.They will try to say AB did the shooting, but don't know how they can tie these two young men to a drug deal. Then there is that street sweeper. Will they chance calling him to the stand? Wasn't there also something about using AH's drug use as a defense before the trial?

And what about the gun. Will we hear more on that? The CW calling Papoos (OH) to testify makes me wonder about that. Maybe this is where Shayanna comes in?

All of this is so intertwined. Bottom line... I think all of this will boil down to if the jury found AB believable.

With so many witnesses from out of state, all the immunity deals and witnesses who didn't want to be there, the CW has done a great job of moving this trial along. There hasn't been any down time because of witnesses not being there... what an enormous task! This judge likes to not keep this jury waiting around.

Well will we see Shay today? If so get ready for non stop "I don't know"...."I can't remember" and so many facial grimaces as she carefully lies non stop. No reason to suspect that she will be any different on the stand. At least more interesting than forensics but she will not add much to either side.

Jenkins also testified in Odin Lloyd trial. Day after Lloyd was killed she drove a garbage bag to a dumpster but forgot where. I posted picture below

So far the line of questioning is very similar to her appearance in the Odin Lloyd trial. Establishing the basics

Jenkins-Hernandez says she first met Bradley when she was living w/AH in Plainville sometime in late 2010/early 2011

Jenkins says #aaronhernandez had "a few friends". Jenkins mentioned Ryan McDonnell and Bradley. No Patriot players

Jenkins recalls #aaronhernandez having a Black Range Rover, and the Toyota 4-runner. She also drove the vehicles

Jenkins believes she was in FL at the time of the 07/16/2012 murders in Boston

Jenkins says her phone was "24 hours" always open for AH to call

A guy I went to high school w/rented scooters to #AaronHernandez during his trip to Newport, RI days after murders

Jenkins says she "doesn't know" about the 40 million dollar contract he signed with the Patriots.

Jenkins remembers "silver" firearm that "fit in to the junk drawer" at the N. Attleboro home she shared with AH

Jenkins gave #AaronHernandez her "distinct look" of disapproval after she found gun in junk drawer.
She confronted him in his "man cave:

The look worked. Jenkins: "when I went back to the drawer it wasn't there" (the gun). Never asked him why he had the gun

Jenkins says she would have to look to see what her tattoo says. It was half of a quote she found on Pintrest. AH has the other half

Jenkins can't recall if she ever talked to #AaronHernandez about Bradley being shot.

Haggan: "did you recall a conversation that #AaronHernandez was with Alexander Bradley when he was shot? Jenkins: "I don't know"

"I learned to keep my mouth shut" is what Shayanna said to Grand Jury. adding today "I played my role" and mentioned "cleaning"

Jenkins on asking AH about Bradley shooting: ""what I meant is I pick and choose my battles.... Why should I press"

Haggan tone incredulous as he repeatedly asks Jenkins why she never asked AH about Bradley shooting

Jenkins says #AaronHernandez father "was a sensitive topic" when asked about one his tattoos about his dad

Shayanna does recall picking up a rental car with #AaronHernandez day after killings. Morning recess called. Back at 11:05
