Agree! And it being a high profile trial media always tries to contact. There will be people from all over and both ends of the guilty or not guilty view that will speak on. I have empathy for those jurors. They are only doing their civic duty, I hope. They have no clue how their lives will be changed forever. Jmho

welll my last thought on the juror issue...it will no doubt be a moot issue with a ng verdict....even a hung jury and I think it will be one of those 2 results and end of issue. If the defense gets a ng here it will definitely be because cw just did not prove the case...nothing to do with the jury.

Jmho the Def had to address the Judge calling out the Foreperson name. They have all the social media accounts of all jurors. They were securing the record. I think would be hard to prove didn't read anything about trial if juror got online to their account. Especially if what Defense said truth. I would be not smart for Defense to state untruth to judge about media contacting juror via Twitter. This will surely be closely monitored and if juror not truthful could be an appeal point. If gets any guilty verdicts. Jmho pretty serious slip by judge

Respectfully only thing same is Defendant. Different circumstances, different evidence and different Jury. Jmho can't compare the two cases.

I'd love to see Baez take down a notch or two. But I am worried that he is going to come away with another high profile win here. On the main twitter page, the polls are 62% for NOT GUILTY. Before the closings, they were closer to 50/50.

And after closing statements, many people who were leaning towards Guilty, shifted over. I don't think the Prosecution were dynamic or passionate enough to overcome the stark lack of forensics.

There is NEVER forensics in a drive by shooting. So they needed to explain that better and build a solid circumstantial story. And they didn't do that well enough, in my opinion.

If there is a GUILTY charge, I think it will be because some of them followed the first trial, and know that he killed Odin because he knew too much about this Boston killing. and so they believed AB.
