Hernandez is charged with two counts of murder for the deaths of Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado
......
Hernandez is also charged with three counts of armed assault with intent to murder for firing at the three surviving occupants of the BMW.

He is charged with one count of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon for the non-fatal shooting of one of the surviving occupants
......
Hernandez is charged with one count of witness intimidation for allegedly shooting Alexander Bradley
......
He is charged with one count of unlawful possession of a firearm.
