So, what do you all think?
Get all paper work together, have a nice lunch and then verdict today??

I'd even get excited about a jury question right about now... :blushing:

Disgusting.
I have a question for you all who are good at trials.
Is life without parole really just that in Massachusetts? I think I remember criminals getting out on that sentance but they might have been juviniles at the time of the crime??
rewatching AB testimony...I am beginning to wonder if not immunizing AB but calling him as a witness and let the jury watch him lie and tried this as joint venture if we would not have a verdict by now and AB will served all his time as he should.
I rewatched it over the weekend. AB clearly lied many times. And jmho especially after that last question, the Jury is going over his testimony. If not, why so long? AB was the CW "star witness". In Baez cross, he got entered about AB saying he didnt know $ht about what happen in Boston. Then goes up to Boston and gets immunity. Did he not realize they had him on camera? Guess not.
so to my point I think the immunity was a waste and if this ends in a hung jury then everyone loses here...AB should have more prison time and are they really going to try this again? Guess it depends on the split. Clearly they are dissecting the AB testimony and that could honestly put anyone in an extreme state of confusion...I mean truthful vs accurate...I am still working on that one!!
Well, all Travis has twitted was about an hour ago:
Travis Anderson @TAGlobe
#AaronHernandez defense sought #Belichick as a witness in the double murder trial.
Wondering "why" he tweet on the students there??!!
I'm busy on another thread (Alycia Yeoman) missing Timeline. So keeping an eye on his Tweets!
If someone is convicted of first degree murder in MA, it is life without the possibility of parole... no chances for parole. AH was convicted of first degree murder for OL. Yes, different for juveniles.
