Are jury rooms soundproof? Wondering how much yelling is going on in there. I sure hope the jurors will take questions. Poor things, must be super stressful going through this.

I'm wondering if Baez has somewhere else he needs to be and needed to clear it. Just speculating, though!

Thinking about this, one would think Baez is required to stay as he is lead counsel. Maybe that whole thing was about Shay bringing in her daughter for jury dismissal the other day. The defense team was huddled around her after the long sidebar and don't think Baez would want that out in the open. It wouldn't surprise me if this judge called them out on that little show.

Urgh... I have to leave in a bit. The verdict will probably come in then!

I had that thought myself...not being able to see anything ...but if they were huddled I think judge has said he does not want that again or for verdict. But again another bell you can't unring!! This is a Baez trademark.

So, are they leaning Guilty or Not Guilty? Maybe I am wrong, but it seems like if they were all going with Not Guilty, they would be done already.

well they are clearly not all agreeing...for me that is hung...question is can the majority convince the others that they should change. At this point it must be just one or two or a note would have come out. Clearly they are really trying...

They could all be agreeing. Filling out the paperwork for all 8 charges is time-consuming if one does it thoroughly.

They were all in agreement in the Odin trial, and it took 37 hours then too.

verdict watch reconvenes soon. theoretically if jury can't reach verdict by 4 pm they could ask to stay later if they're close #Hernandez
