I believe Travis said the jury instructions would go for about an hour and half, that isn't going to give the jurors any time today to even deliberate. Say they start at 2:30pm - to 4pm. Do they always STOP at 4pm? Or do they go until 5pm?

I'm going think that the jurors will start tomorrow... just a guess!

edited to add: I'm going to predict a verdict at the end of next Tuesday.

We had friends from out of town come by last night, spent the night here, just left. We all had a great time but I am just now catching up....

Couldn't re-watch the Opening Statements last night, couldn't watch closing this morning...snuck a few looks here at the tweets, thanks, niner...


When I began watching today, they were having discussions about the jury instructions. The DT seems to have a lot of objections...

And no surprise to me, they went after they race card, calling out the judge for naming a 'white woman' as the foreperson. I assume he chose her because she paid attention and too a lot of notes, not because she is caucasian,.....

So Defense asked for mistrial... :denied: :denied: :denied:
