love to hear comments on that question...the answer...then the modified answer...I think judge Locke really inserted himself in there too much and I fully expect a NG on that one...Cw should have included evidence somehow that covered indirect which is a no brainer just in case. But I am no legal mind so wondering how others saw this?

Direct AH did it, Indirect, he had somone one else do it. (shoot AB) Per Cathy at Courtchatter, the Indictment said both, "direct" and "indirect" but the Jury Instructions "only state DIRECT". That is the case that CW put on that AH directly shot AB. Then after the question from jury, CW tried to change it that could be either AH shooting AB or AH getting someone else to. Judge didn't go with CW on that.
So that is why they had the question yesterday. Conflicting info they went back with, but they have to go with Jury Instructions. Someone was paying attention which is great thing.
