What is the question? TIA

They want ALL the exhibits? Did I hear that right?

Or just #189? Blood clots. Or #something.

Confusing, the judge said the answer is #97.
Maybe they were looking for a specific item and judge realized they have no exhibit list, an apparent oversight.
And also realized the use of 'butcher' paper should be changed to bench paper.
So is #97 a photo of the evidence on the paper?

Something about exhibit #97?

They want to see a specific picture?

Yes, I think specifically the photo of blood clots.
You asked something earlier about the judge sending the jury home. Does the jury have the option to continue working if they believe they are close to a conclusion? Does she ask them is this a good stopping point for the day?

This tells me the jury is being deliberate with their deliberations.

BW's claim is SUDS. He was no required to give ANY defense. But he did.

So his claim is that she died naturally, suddenly and without explanation. He did not mention, "well, there were blood clots but I thought I'd be blamed for them"...

AND he tried to clean those blood clots up, presumably even before he began dismembering her.

Pretty sure dead bodies don't clot. So the clotting event occurred ahead of the dismembering.

Reasonable to presume she was injured and clotting in real time on that rug before he decided to dismember her.

No reason for blood clots on a rug he replaced if she died naturally without explanation.

Good questions.

I don't know.

I suppose we wait to see if they ask for dinner.

CW made a terrific point with the Gucci bar.

It was broken. Showing force. The necklace is missing.

I wonder if it's visible in her NYE photo. Is that WHY the Defense wanted it blurred????

In one piece at midnight....

That would be really damning.

CourtTV saying blood clots and clump of hair (per STS discussing this)

Tipton objected to the use of “butcher” paper, wants “bench” paper to be used in the evidence list

EDB went back and played clip of exhibit 97 being introduced at trial and says it's the photo of Ana on the rug.
I am not sure what is what. Someone in her chat said AI said it's one of the google searches. 🙄

The deliberations of the Colorado jury that found Patrick Frazee guilty of killing his child's mother were quite short: just a couple hours. (This was also a no body case, where the defendant boasted to a friend, "no body, no murder.") However, if I recall correctly, people on WS panicked when the jury requested that surveillance video taken in the condo be replayed for them. Shortly after that, they returned their verdict of guilty. I always wondered if one or more jurors just wanted to stretch out the time a little bit more in the interests of not appearing to rush to judgment.
