It is beyond offensive that their defense is SUD. Nothing natural about what happened in that house that night or the few which followed.

Violent death. Violent cleanup.

Did I just see BW look back at his mother then turn his head back to the front and sigh? Is she sitting on his back right?

Whoa-zer! Did y'all see that mountain of evidence bags stacked up ahead of the prosecution's table?

For me
it's his slippers.

She died and it was bloody.
Then, emphasis, then he went to buy the clean up gear.

It's a good visual and I bet the defense doesn't like it.

Devastating testimony from this witness.

Now for cross.

Cringing already.

I'm so over the defense attorney's feigned umbrage.

This is rich.

Defense attorney is trying to imply that investigators contaminated the home.

He better tone it down this witness was like a human encyclopedia. His recollection of every single sometimes 5 digit sample numbers was mind bending to me.

Speaking of the flooring that was torn up does anyone know if the landlord that was suing BW's mother ever got any money?

  • #1,752
Defense brings up the floorboards and brings down the hole in the ceiling.

Insulation was not disturbed in the attic.

Defense: and you agree that there's no evidence in the bedroom ...

  • #1,754
Defense IS making a point by highlighting a lack or limit of blood evidence in the bedroom but IMO he's losing his point with his delivery. Nothing hostile about this witness so Counsel's hostility is not attractive.

This witness is steel!

Defense: and isn't it true... and isn't it fair to say... that people clean up where something bad has happened?

Something bad? This was way past bad, Counselor. [MOO]

Now what is his point?

No blood in the closet, the kids' rooms, the faucets (in bathrooms BW probably never went into, as far as the crime is concerned).

He isn't denying the dismemberment iiuc.

Defense is trying very hard to show there's no blood/evidence on the second floor.

[So, I guess, Legionnaire's it is. 'Sif.]

Jury dismissed.

your honor, members of the jury, I ask you, isn't it amazing there isn't a blood bath all over the house? How does the prosecution explain the dismemberment without one? bro STFU
