So all evidence is closing tomorrow (and probably an early day)? Does that mean no witnesses for the defense? No BW on the stand?

It’s really unclear what the judge meant by that. Could be the prosecution evidence will be an early day tomorrow, or that prosecution evidence will conclude tomorrow. Who knows what the defense will do.

Things were going on this morning with all those sidebars and the judge leaving the courtroom multiple times…..unfortunately we weren’t told what it was about.

I’m pretty sure she was just talking about the P. The D is up next. I imagine they will put on some type of witness parade / hopefully with the killer himself taking the stand.

I can't wait until Gem Mutlu testifies. I don't know what 'handcuffs' the court will put on the prosecution in questioning him, but he must have much to say. What was the mood in the house on NY Eve? Did it change over the course of the evening? How did BW feel about AW living and working in DC? Did BW shower AW with gifts or attention?

Neither would surprise me either.

But if I had to bet I believe that he will testify. He's a sociopath (comfortable stealing from his father; ok with murdering and dismembering the mother of his children; calmly shopping for dismemberment tools and clean-up supplies) and I think he believes he can charm the jury.
