Still Missing MA - Ana Walshe, 39, allegedly left home, may have been dismembered, Cohasset, Jan 2023 *husband indicted* #4

JMOO but it's possible something much more is going on with some killers that dismember their victims.Something vile and maybe even a really deep seated hatred toward their victim . Whatever it is, it's incomprehensible to me for them to be able to complete that act if there was any feeling involved for the victim.

My theory -- underlying misogyny. Women haters disguised as All That.

Dark. Dark. Dark.

It's so cold. Goes way past self-preservation.

It should incur automatic LWOP. And a subsequent removal of all creature comforts.

After the lunch break, Sgt. Schmidt is back on the stand. The jurors are hearing a second audio recorded interview with Walshe. At one point he tells investigators "I love my wife, this family doesn’t work without her".

During the second interview, the Sgt. asks if investigators could talk to the couple's kids.

Following the interview, Sgt says he found a receipt from Lowe’s in the family car along with a cellphone belonging to one of the children.

Did I just see that? Using his Rosary to dig in his ear???? Maybe it was just clutched in the hand that dug in his ear but eewwwwwww.

Maybe it was his arrogance oozing out.

He did there, listening intently to himself (interview on the big screen) as if it's a TV show.

It is nice to see him squirm uncomfortably every once in a while.

Mostly I suspect he likes hearing the should of his own voice.

Defense attorney Tipton is up. He is saying BW and AW went up to the bedroom for about an hour. He then went downstairs to clean the kitchen. Checked his email and went back upstairs. But Anna was suddenly and unexplainably dead. He nudged her and she rolled off the bed.

Oh geeze.
If you 'nudge' a dead person, do they typically fall off the bed? That does not make sense, imo. Bodies are 'dead weight.'

In the days after, Sgt says a press conference was called and a large scale search of the area turned up empty.

A third audio interview was conducted with Walshe. At this one, Walshe’s attorney in his federal art fraud case was present along with former MSP trooper Michael Proctor.

Of course not. None of his defense makes sense.
And BW is a convicted liar already. Twice over. Lying to authorities and the art con fraud.

Why would anyone blame him if she died of natural causes? Um.... maybe because... she had help dying. Broken teeth? Maybe a blunt force object met her head? Maybe strangulation marks and bruises...

Pretty strong proof that he killed her, that he didn't call 911 because it must have been obvious that she hadn't died naturally.

This lame defense exposes the truth.

Why not call 911?

Why panic?

And if panic, then hacksaw? That is not a natural jump in any universe.

Jury must feel like they've entered another dimension.

If you find your spouse 'unresponsive' you immediately call 911 because there is a chance they can be saved. Unless you don't want that....

Or... you have to account for the evidence found. So you keep adjusting your story to match.

Maybe that's where LE found a tooth. A la Frazee.

The now he talks, the more confident he sounds, convincing himself of his credibility. Keep talking, Brian, every word you spoke makes you look worse.

This dude give out serious psychopath vibes imo which explain it all.

A serious dive into his background affords an interesting glimpse into how he evolved to date.

IMO chopping her up caused him no discomfort at all.

Have any of you seen The Beast in Me? Netflix. Matthrew Rhys. Great performance of a wife killer - very sinister.

Listening to a bit of the interviews with this guy between my biz calls - wow - so casual smooth and so calculating.

I really think he will take the stand - I think he is sitting there giving himself an A+ on his skilled performance and enjoying it all.

Here's sure a great guy. Romantic husband who does dishes and writes love letters, father of the year who ... I don't know ... feeds the children, but listening to him, you'd think he was interviewing for Man of the Hour.

Reeks of: I'm greatest of all time? Don't believe it? Just ask me.

He sounds like he's written the manual on how to make love work.

Well, except for the ending.

But honestly the man loves to talk.

Talk a lot, say nothing.
