I'm really resenting the defendant right now.

Clearly the Defense did not stipulate to the witnesses ... which could have spared them having to appear to report what everyone knows, Ana didn't take a vehicle to the airport.

The right to a fair trial... before a jury of one's peers .... I get it. He has that right. But the evidence is overwhelming. He's just wasting everyone's time and money.

It is especially vulgar to me that the only Defense he can mount (that he didn't kill her, he just cut her up) is precisely because he was successful in disappearing all of her. That shouldn't work in his favor.

Revolting.
