Why did AW have men's clothing in her closet? BW was on an ankle monitor. He couldn't leave Boston.

I thought she said no. That there were no men's clothes...

ETA. I heard wrong. There were men's clothes too.

Did anyone catch that the police officer who took the missing report said that BW indicated AW was last seen between 6-7 in the morning

But with this witness we are back to the 4-5 range in the morning.

Just noting for posterity.

Oh, I must have misheard. TY

Edit - I went back. She did say that there were some men's clothing.

I could be wrong too. ETA there were men's clothes.

I expected the State to underscore it -- that Ana was building a future for herself, notably one that didn't include Brian.

Maybe they're letting the jury infer that.

Scratch that. State just said the family was planning to relocate to DC.

Regarding lunch. Does the jail/prison have to pack the defendant a sack lunch? Is that how this works when you are already in custody but at trial? I hope so because BW gets to look all nice in court but I hope he has prison food for lunch.

Jury excused so judge can handle a legal issue

May extend into lunch recess.
