No suit today. Just a grey sweater. To go with his moral code.

Though charcoal might suit better.

Charcoal with a side of black.

Court is in session for the morning. It begins with an immediate side bar because the defense needs to talk to the judge.
Strange. After the sidebar, the judge has left the courtroom.

Looks like court is back again…

Judge returns, and brings attorneys back to sidebar

We have no idea what the sidebar was about, or what is holding up court. But the parties are all going over something with the court reporter. And earlier one of the prosecutors was showing the defense the photo of the hatchet (which has already been shown to the jury)

" I did not kill her. I just cut her up, that's all. I didn't kill her! " 🤥
Good Lord. Dude claiming his wife died mysteriously in bed, so he just decided to dismember her?? WTAF?

I have not followed this case closely, lurk here and there, but popped in here to see what’s been happening. Didn’t expect that!!

Carry on, fellow sleuthers.. :)

This reminds me of the classic scene in the movie "Liar Liar:"
"Judge, I object!"
"On what grounds?"
"It's devastating to my case!"

Does it seem like the air has left the room?

Finally, the jury is entering

Someone on TT made a slow motion post of BW checking himself out, smirking, and fluffing his hair when he spotted himself in the cash register security camera.

That scene will be in any future documentary or Netflix movie.
So creepy.

There it is: the white substance was baking powder.

I thought it was baking soda.

BW purchased too many murder clean up supplies. He didn't use it all.

WHO CARES

I'm a terrible witness.

Did he JUST say 'soda'?

What the what?

Defense is belaboring UNUSED cleaners and Lowe's buckets.

I'm give him that.

He didn't use those when he dismembered his wife.

No he said baking powder. But I thought BW googled about baking soda. Baking soda can mask smells.

No blood spatter... thank you, Defense, for raising that point. How did he kill her?

Strangling comes to mind.

I was leaning toward "beatec to death". I am hoping there is no glimmer of conflict among the jury deliberation. A slam dunk for guilty is the only decision...IMO.
