William Fastow was the target of the PI I believe - what was happening in DC.

You're right, that's why they hired the PI but my point is, if he wasn't the jealous sort, and if he didn't suspect an affair, why did he need a PI at all?

Brian mysteriously misplaced his phone on NYE, but miraculously finds it days later when he needs it.

Even though Brian didn’t show any upset on NYE, as we and the jury has seen he didn’t show anything but a cool cucumber the next day and days after buying supplies and disposing of Ana’s remains in various dumpsters.

Mrs “OK” is going nowhere with this line of questioning.

I am wondering if it was the mother egging him on.
She was long time Boston area after she came to this country and married BW father. I cannot see her wanting to uproot and go to DC and uproot brother as well. So she may have planted the bug that led to this disaster.
Of an affair in her son’s head.

She is explaining his home confinement. Needed a scheduled pass to leave the home, during particular times and specific functions. Banking, grooming, grocery shopping.

Agreed but I think the message came thru loud and clear. Several times.
You cannot unhear what has been said as you sit as jurors.
Even though instructed to disregard. It was obvious that Ana spoke to Gem about problems in the marriage he just could not recall the exact words.
There were marital problems.
Why the P did not have his interview .. maybe it had things they did not want in the record?
Odd but successful I think overall.
