The name Isabella has been in the top 10 in the Social Security index for a long time now. It's just one of those names that people loves...even before Twilight.

No. I have been looking. I assume he is the one in the pictures on her FB account. She called him hubby.

So who is in custody/
Admin, if this breaks any rules please remove.

notice the arm tatoo..
Eyes and button nose spot on! The eye brows are quite different though.
Add me to the list of those questioning drug involvement/accidental death of Bella. Basing this on some of Mum's pics and her voice in that video. I hope the truth comes out. She owes it to Bella to lay it all out on the table.
Ikr ?
Maybe they were told that Bella was "in foster care" ?
Or do people who indulge in illegal substances -- drift in and out of reality... and not really notice someone's child doesn't seem to be around any more ?

I'm not a drug user but back when I was still insecure about my parenting skills, I did very much the same thing. I needed everyone else to see me as a good mom because at that point, I couldn't. If you look closely though, you can see the cracks - her concern isn't really over Bella, but herself. She leaks things like 'I wish I could afford this for myself...' or 'I wish I had this...'The mom and the FB postings remind me of someone in my extended family. She was into drugs and bad boyfriends, but then suddenly would “clean up” and be the perfect mom, to the point of going overboard. She doted on her son, focused on housework and cooking, did all sorts of really fun things with the child….and then she just couldn’t hold it together and would disappear. (The child’s grandparents had custody.) The attraction of drugs and a druggy boyfriend were stronger than the mundane routine of being a parent day in and day out.
I don’t know if Bella’s mom actually left physically, but I think she “checked in and out” of parenting.
I think a bad boyfriend/husband, drugs, and lack of self-discipline led to this horrible tragedy. I do think Bella’s mom loved her baby, but she wasn’t fit for the mundane attention that’s required of parents.
Well, the truth is about to come out and we’ll know for sure.
Uh... googling this KC person I mentioned earlier is pretty upsetting. Wow.
I guess this is aimed at me. I would because I carefully examine each and every artist rendering of the missing/unidentified when they are found to see if the likeness is such that it warrants the amount of time it takes to ID them. I look to see what could be done differently. I look to figure out what, if anything, could have prevented an ID from being made right away. The neighbor said she had never seen the Baby Doe image but when it was shown to her she immediately recognized it as the girl that lived next door.
It is unfortunate that she did not see it earlier.
What kind of person would criticize the forensic artist today? Shameful.
