He was hospitalized for abscesses on his arm. Bandages presumably cover the wounds from the abscesses.

Can you imagine those poor Nurses and Drs that had to treat that baby killer. They save lives everyday but yet they had to care for this <modsnip> who snuffed out an innocent life. That must be a very difficult job for them.

It's much like that here in my small hometown in rural Ohio. Once quite idyllic, like a "Mayberry", it's has turned into heroin haven and full of meth labs.

Yet, LE seem to only focus on the occasional farmer caught growing a few marihuana plants for their drug busts.

Go figure.

This area had a problem with meth a few years back too, fortunately the good ole boys that run this county started enforcing a "zero tolerance" drug policy and that put a stop to it. Heavy prison time and banishments got the problem under control (no MJ around anymore either, which isn't great but better than a town over run with meth/heroin addicts).

You seem certain that he is a killer (and a satanist, and wannabe cannibal/child rapist).

Many of us aren't that sure and we want to see the evidence.

I wish our county officials would do the same. I'm just baffled by the fact that many of these dealers and drug houses are reported to and are known to LE, but nothing ever seems to come of it.
There have been so many deaths (young people), here due to heroin overdoses in the past few years...I can't imagine how many addicts there must be. And according to a recent quote from a county official, they believe there are also many meth labs operating in the county. And when they are busted, they usually only end up with a slap on the wrist. Our laws and courts need to change now.

The fact RB had violent offenses on her record and MM didn't says a lot too IMO.

Most of MM's charges were dropped, plus they seem very tame to say the least. I didn't know possessing ammunition or a needle were even against the law in some states.

Needles aren't illegal in MA -- at least, not anymore. They give them out in pharmacies, apparently, if you ask.

They just started busting down this year. Since Jan 2015 there has been at least 5 moms who made the news for their kids some as young as 12 months testing positive for meth. I swear they just keep going. Everyone is making news for meth bust here.

MM hand is probably injection sites. Addicts shoot up everywhere, can't use the same site too many times, they become dangerous.

I think MM is being judged too much based on his court appearance. Of course he looked passive, he's totally doped up. He's on painkillers for the abscesses and something to help with withdrawal. His court appearance isn't his true personality.

Wait for more people who knew him to speak out. But i am suspicious based on his lack of a violent criminal record

We'll see a different MM at his next court appearance. Well dressed, clear eyed, shaved and a hair cut. He was fresh out of the hospital yesterday.

I'm wondering about his dad. Weird feeling that MM has more money than we think.

Also, notice that 'someone' brought MM some court clothes, he looks to be wearing dress shirt and dress pants... Not one person brought RB anythign to wear to clothes, she is wearing her trashy hoodie and jeans...

This kinda tells me that 'someone' cares about MM, or maybe it was just his lawyer, I dunno... Also, could it be possible that MM is physically disabled? Other than the seizures?

In my county, they have a little 'free' store of the defendants to use to get together clothing for court. They don't get to keep the clothes, just use them during court. Maybe he did that or not?

LE has charged him with murder so I believe after going through the apt on a search warrant they have more then they are letting on.

There are articles that say when LE walked in to the apt they knew immediately baby Doe was Baby Bella. MM longtime friend and tipster Michael Sprinsky said MM and RB were into the occult and demonic worship. Google it. These type books were collected by LE from the apt.

Everyone here is speculating on theories and entitled to their own opinion. As for me I believe they are both involved and both liars as that goes along with the druggie lifestyle. I believe it was coming to a head when JA was coming into the picture to see his daughter. That DCF lie was going to eventually found out sooner than later. It wasn't going to pan out. MM was in the hospital so RB had the advantage to tell her side of the story first.

I hope they both get locked up for life but sadly that very rarely happens to parents who kill their own children.

These two scumbags shouldn't breathe the same air we breathe. Prison is too good for this trash.

I'm not calling anyone on here out whatsoever but it is interesting how we have portrayed MM over court alone, he looks like a little lost boy in the court room because he is just that, full of drugs to keep him doped to the eyeballs and can probably not string a sentence together, hence the junkie shaking of the head everytime he hears something he doesn't like. They are both fantasists IMO both as evil as each other both should be jointly held accountable. She NEEDS to be up for neglect charges aswell, surely.

That's why I believe they have more such as computer searches/hard drives, rugs, etc. DA doesn't let out everything they have at the arraignment.

I wish that man who stayed with them had reported the neglect he witnessed way before it was too late, I'm sure he questions himself daily, even maybe blames himself. Of course it isn't his fault but still, some common sense wouldn't have went a miss.

In that little video at your link, it shows the man who was sitting next to JA in court and he has a microphone in his hand and is a reporter not grandfather. Some thought that this was his father.

That means nothing to me. Look at Charles Manson and followers.. Other murderers throughout history have committed their crimes while high and intoxicated and don't remember all the exact details and sometimes no memory at all. Most murderers are high on something when they commit crimes. Gives them the power to do it. This guy looks big. I'm sure it didn't take much strength to kill baby Bella. Being high he probably had superman strength and was easily angered just as mommy dearest.

If this didn't happen, what kind of future would Bella have had? All those low life, drug addicted scum bags in and out, not to mention her tricks. I can't imagin RB
getting Bella to school daily.... the future looked dim.

I would like to think she would have been taken away by CPS and placed in a loving home. Just like her siblings. She didn't get that chance.
