All I can say about Sprinsky is that Bella was finally identified because of him...drugs and all. So sorry this is what that sweet child was surrounded with. She deserved so much better.

I am feeling bad for him too. But I think it is important for the jury to understand that he was messed up big time on a huge amount of drugs/pills/opiates/vodka...during the time he is describing to us about the murder.

I feel awful for this guy. But the State is trying to use him as the 'proof' that MM was the killer, and not RB. So the jury has the right to understand what his mental and emotional state was during the time he is testifying about.

If RB was the killer, and set up MM [ which is possible, imo] ----- I am not sure that this witness would be able to figure that out, given the massive amount of heroin, pills and vodka he was taking.

I don't get what the defense was trying to imply. I guess the witness said it was something he called MM because of movies they watched as kids.

It is very sad they were childhood friends and it has come to this...

He asked witness when he saw RB being mean to Bella.

He finally got him to admit that Bella was 'spanked by her Mom for not answering questions about the demons inside her.'

He said that Mom asked her many times about the demons inside her and she would be punished for not answering.
