I wonder if the defence will bring up the fridge and a timeline?

Thanks, Niner! I DO APPRECIATE you posting the tweets! Justice for Bella!!!!! Which means IMO lock them both away and throw away the key! [emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji24]. IMO

Interesting how Rachelle is either not present or unconscious during the critical times. She comes to just long enough to supply a bit of information, then she is out again.

I don't think so. I was in a time warp between tweets which were ahead of my choppy live feed but the word refrigerator was never spoken. Total victim script. Pathetic. Gah.

I didn't hear mention of the fridge either. I'll post all of today's links as soon as the last one comes out. I missed a lot of today and know others have also.

Thanks for posting the tweets! Thanks also to Niner and Harmony!

Maybe they cut the public feed about the refrigerator? My browser started repeating the testimony then crashed.

I was in the courtroom; you didn't miss it. RB did not mention the refrigerator, and in fact, her testimony was that she and MM disposed of Bella's body near/in the water within a day or so after she died. She said after Bella died (on a date in early June which she didn't remember), MM injected RB with heroin, RB blacked out, and when she woke up about 24 hours later, MM told her to get into the car. Bella's body was in the backseat in a duffel bag. They drove to somewhere near water by City Point. MM punched RB in the face and she blacked out again while in the parked car; when she came to, he was returning to the car after having just disposed of the body. RB made NO mention of the body being stored anywhere for any lengthier period of time.

I had to stop reading and take a break earlier... I was sad and mad and wanted to cry. reading about her dying moments :*(

Honestly if this happened to me the way she laid it out, I wouldn't care if he killed me. I would be screaming in rage. I would be getting a working phone. I would run to my neighbours. I would do something. Not take a shot of heroin. I feel so sick. Jmo.

She is a liar IMO.

I missed her testimony live---but I am kind of glad. My Blood Pressure would have spiked for sure...

I am looking forward to the cross though. They have to tear her apart if they want to get their defendant out of this murder charge.

Some of her scenario makes no sense.

She sees her severely injured baby, gives her CPR, but doesn't scream for help, doesn't call 911, doesn't run from him, go to neighbor, scream out the window, fight him, or sneak out at night to get help?

I wonder if MM is going to testify and give them his version?

I agree. I still want her locked up for life. IMO

Since you were in the courtroom, can you please tell the average age of the jury? How was their reaction to RB and the others today, could you tell anything? Are you planning on attending often? TIA

I know Shapiro wants to bring the fridge in, but don't know exactly how he can do it on RB's cross if it wasn't brought in on direct. This was a very deliberate move by the CW. Makes me so angry!

I watched it and was really confused why they didn't talk about the fridge, thought I may have missed it. So is she saying he had her blacked out for a month and she thought it was within a day or two that they disposed of the body? That's what it sounds like to me where she is going with this!

From the public seating area I could really only see about 5 of them for an extended period of time while watching testimony. The rest I only saw when they were entering and leaving the courtroom. I did not notice any significant reactions except at one point when the DA made a self-deprecating joke and everyone laughed. I do remember thinking that there seemed to be quite a few jurors in their 20s and 30s -- I would say more than half are under 35. But remember that there are 15 sitting right now and so 3 will be designated alternates and won't participate in deliberations; we don't know who will actually end up in the jury room.

I work next door and things have been very quiet at the office so I may well end up popping back in next week, but I don't plan to be there every day. I'm definitely going to be watching all of the video of the testimony I miss and keeping up with this thread.

So she wants the Jury to believe that MM put the Zebra blankie in the bag with Bella?

No, That's something a Mother would do, not the boyfriend who killed the child.

Sorry.
