I think RB killed Bella and is using MM as a scape goat. MM's friend that testified the first day stated she would repeatedly yell at Bella asking her about demons inside of her and lock her in the closet. She has lied and lied to make herself look like a victim.

I've never been on a jury like this but from what I understand sometimes it's not what your opinion is but whether the law and the instructions the jury is given to follow allow for a guilty or not guilty verdict. Think Casey Anthony. The jurors believed she did it but the law, as written, did not allow them to deliver a guilty verdict.

I would not be able to convict either at this point. No date of death, no physical evidence and a lying star witness.

I agree. She's older than him as well. She felt better and stable after Bella Dead? Omg all those love text to him after he killed Bella yeah right.

I think she killed Bella whether by accident or on purpose and she put Bella in the bag with weights. She easily could have gotten one some druggie off the streets by paying them with drugs.

RB has told lie after lie even to police how isn't this plea deal null and void?

He did offer her that sweet plea deal didn't he? Maybe RB can get pregnant again and lose another one she can't manage to hold on to any of her children she's given birth to and one dead.

The reason judge seems pro RB is the way the judge has smiled at RB on a few of streamed video as she was seated.and some of the evidence she has not admitted after Shapiro argued to let it in as admissible. Judge always seems to reprimand Shapiro as RB goes on and on without directly answering a yes or no question. I've served on Juries and this is the first time I've seen a judge allowing a witness to ramble on.

I'm sorry, you're absolutely right! I saw DA and was thinking defense for some reason! ( too much reading) And I agree with you about the judge letting RB ramble on....however I thought Shapiro was a little crass with her. That does get sympathy from the jury.

I think Shapiro has undermined RB credibility so much so by this time the jury cannot stand her much like most of us on this forum by reading comments.

That's a good question. Hopefully his brother or another family member. I've seen people visiting jails with service dogs but don't suppose inmates are allowed to have them
