So the rape occurred in the bathroom and it was with an object- a tree branch? Is this correct? Or did he rape her himself with his body and then violate her dead body in the woods? The tree branch thing is so disturbing. The movie Evil Dead comes to mind. A character is raped in the woods by a tree possessed by evil spirits.

"I hate you all" is "I hate all you women" IMO. He is demented in my opinion and very very dangerous. OMG.

Imo, CR was raped in the restroom. The use of the object; tree branch, would have been post-mortem and likely related to the posing of her body, imo.
According to past articles, CP physically assaulted her once inside the restroom, and then cut her throat with the box cutter.

You may be right. Its just that the wording of "rape with an object" confused me. If the object was the branch, that presumably would be post mortum and i dont think that would be rape. If it occurred in the bathroom, must have been a different object.

I wonder if there were any screams from the bathroom? Or did he perhaps knock her out immediately?

I'm wondering now if he was already experiencing some sexual dysfunction, e.d. perhaps? It can begin young, a friend has lived with it since 18, don't know if it really began before then.

It's scary to think a "child" can over power an adult, but he looks very tall. When I was in 6th grade I had a classmate who was much bigger than the rest of us (IDK maybe he was held back a few years) and once he got out of control and it took about 4 teachers to hold him down. I will never forget seeing that.

Chism, arrested hours after the brutal attack on Oct. 23, is being charged as an adult in the murder case and as a youthful offender in the rape and robbery case, meaning any trial would be held in public and that he could receive an adult punishment if convicted. Youthful-offender cases are typically tried in juvenile court, but prosecutors say they want all three cases in superior court.

He is a pretty good sized kid and athletic. He could have walked into that bathroom, right up to her and punched her in the side of the head and knocked her out. There would be nothing she could do really.

The 14-year-old male was physically larger and much taller than the female teacher. Physical size and male gender = strength overpowering female.

Also, he might have caught her off-guard and she might not be an "aggressive, fight-back" type so he likely gained physical advantages in those respects as well.

The DA alleges Chism -- who is being held without bail -- "planned the crime" and came to school with the box cutter, a mask and multiple changes of clothes. He also allegedly left the 24-year-old teacher's dead body in the woods near the school in a "sexually staged" or "sexual positioned" manner and covered with leaves and debris.

They also state they have the teen on surveillance footage shown inside the school entering a second-floor bathroom where he is alleged to have killed the beloved teacher, stuffing her body into a recycling bin and lugging the container out to the nearby woods while wearing a black mask. He used the school's elevator to take the body down and out of the school's A wing, according to the DA.

The same footage, the DA adds, shows Chism with gloves and a hood over his head when he walked into the women's bathroom stalking his unaware teacher inside.

I wonder what exactly that student that walked into the bathroom saw? Whoever she is, she is very lucky she didnt end up a victim as well.

According to the affidavit, Chism came to school that morning with the boxcutter, a mask, and multiple changes of clothing. According to another student who also stayed after school for extra help in math, Chism became visibly upset when Ritzer mentioned Tennessee. He continued to be upset and was seen talking to himself after Ritzer changed the subject.

IMO, this would likely explain why PC used CR's credit card at the Wendys restaurant. PC wore the mask & hood when entering the bathroom, but thought he had been identified/witnessed when the student abruptly came in. Imo, he had initially planned to rejoin soccer practice giving him an alibi for the horrific crime.

From reading the affidavit, it looks like he altered his clothing multiple times during the crime. This in his mind, must have been how he thought he could evade detection by the cameras.

It also appears he may have sexually assaulted her in the restroom and the branch was something he picked up and used when staging the body.

This is one demented 14yr old!

He preyed on someone so kind and caring.

The electronic forensics should answer a lot of the remaining questions.

He was visibly upset when Tennessee was mentioned. It seems like he was having issues over the move and divorce. I wonder if he had displaced anger toward his mother. It's so odd that we have yet to hear anything about prior behavior issues. The move and divorce may have been the tip of the iceberg in the mind of a already disturbed individual. It will be interesting to see, if it surfaces, how far back in time he was having these thoughts that led up to this premeditated, violent rape and murder.
