All the clothes changing and all the running around - he might have thought it will confuse LE and jury when various witnesses saw him at various locations, all describing different clothing. He might have hoped that he'll be able to say, "no I left right after class, they must all be mistaken, that wasn't me who they are describing". He might not have known about the cameras, since the system was fairly recently installed, or he might have forgotten about it.

Imo; P.C. should NEVER be free. Might seem too hard on one who committed his crimes at the age of 14... but seriously -- would anyone here want him living next door to them, even if he's old -- like 50-60 or more ?
He has a special hatred for females, again my observation.
Something about him makes me feel he will never be 'whole', or a sane, safe person.

This pics are pointing out to me differences in clothes. Sometimes with only white tshirt, sometimes with red sweatshirt zipped up, sometimes unzipped. Sometimes with ski mask pushed down on his neck, sometimes covering his face.
