If it is, maybe this is Felicia Marie McGuyer.

It doesn't quite sound like the suspected location of Felicia McGuyer's body.

It's a bit of a stretch, as Fitchburg is almost 50 miles out from Boston, well beyond I-495, and farther out than Worcester to the south. JMO

I know that the years are off - very off. But I can’t help but posit Joan Risch as a potential match to the experienced WSers, here, who know much better than I and can calm that niggling in the back of my brain - her husband (cleared as suspect) was employed just one mile away from where this doe was found, but at least two other employees of the company (Fitchburg Paper Co.) were questioned about her disappearance. However, Mrs. Risch went missing many years prior (1961) WS thread at link. The rendering done up of Fitchburg Jane Doe does share an aquiline nose with Joan.
