A Suffolk Superior Court judge issued a warrant Tuesday morning at the request of probation officials, based on Lipka's failure to obtain permission before moving to Salem and failure to contact his probation officer after the batteries in his GPS died.

Yeah. He appears to have been released again in the past couple of weeks, judging by his social media. Just outrageous.
