Right. From childhood my brothers have always just done their business, usually close to the fence or outer play area. Men I drank with in college always peed against a wall or a bush. I've never seen a male go out of his way to pee. And never to the edge of a body of water. Never. And I did my fair share of partying. Even here in San Francisco, homeless men just pee right there against the wall.

TY! Been feeling that way on a lot of these- there was only can not remember where the guys zipper was open - and that really changed my notions.

How is someone so buzzed peeing, in the two seconds it takes to fall in a drown there gonna zip up makes no sense, and I totally agree dudes dont go "hunting" when drunk, for a place to pee.

Just does not work that way!! And , I do think females have better "hold" control just by the realities of them not taking a squat - so they probably would have a much different "history" of haveing to hold it.

I don't think , like for all, a serial killer, but I do think some are 18 wheeler killer. They could hide a body in the cab for a bit, not live there etc etc.

I possess a tremendous deficit in organisation!

I tell myself to remember, then forget, then when I try to send one I get the message that says hey moron your out of space, which is a hassle cause you gotta go open another window!!

The main reason an Uber would "fail" is if the driver was unable to locate him.

If he was drunk and unfamiliar with the city and was unable to describe his surroundings/location, the driver might just decide it's not worth it and go find another fare. I've had this happen to me on a couple occasions.

IF this is what happened though, at least in my experience, the driver would most likely have called Michael if he was having trouble finding him before outright cancelling the trip--in which case there would be a phone record of this, so LE probably would be aware.

Has LE or his phone company confirmed he did try to get one??

Yes, indeed. Especially in that neighbor hood, with North Station and the Garden and the State Police, etc. I would expect every move to be on CCTV. Even if you were trying to avoid being on CCTV it would be quite difficult. It really does strike me as strange.

Me too, and it seems to happen a lot . Which I cannot grasp. If one is on a street where there are 10 businesses on each side of the street, I can get one retailers camera not working but there tenant next doors would be recording.

They seem to lose a lot of people. I kinda think LE does not go to get a lot of the video. Manpower, but if store owners could somehow be notified (Humm reverse call "please ignore if this does apply to you - we have a missing person. If you would pls check your video and call xxxxxxxx if you can help . TY"

They would have to be notified quick tho - I dont think small stores are saving stuff for days for days

I am not familiar with the area but I would think a stadium would have tons of cameras , in the parking areas as well. It sounds like they have only one image - just makes no sense to me.

If a lot of these were in rural areas could make a lot more sense, but so many of these are on weekends, is eating and drinking "hubs"

According to the find Michael Facebook page, he tried to get the Uber from
Paul revere park. So yes.

Paul revere park is the bit of green across the water. I posted pictures of where he'd walk if he decided to try to get back by walking across the locks

His case is already losing steam. Not much being shared and the Facebook page isn't being updated.

I think he's being written off as another man who will end up in the Charles by most people

I run out in theatre and have no problem

It's usually because they don't want people to share a ticket or sell it part way through.

My god on that guy he was found with chains at the ankles and tied to a cinder block. and they still say they cant determine suicide or murder ?

Sorry I am going for murder - there are far less traumatic ways to kill yourself and if you visualize it it seems pretty hard to do alone

I agree with you it must be murder in that case unless for some reason they thought he was suicidal? Still seems highly unlikely. It would be hard to do alone and wouldn't someone notice?

Did you see in the article how many suicide attempts have been interrupted?

Maybe to keep you from selling your ticket and/or going out to buy cheaper snacks and beer. Or it could be they don't want staff to have to stay at the gates. I'm sure it's about money, and he probably knew the policy.

If they're searching for a third day then I'm guessing they have some evidence that points to him going in the water.

I believe water is seen as most likely. Disappeared near it while drunk. The Boston police are used to fishing bodies out of that area by now.

Still hope he's found safe. As a bartender, he may carry a decent amount of cash

I was actually thinking about the possibility something similar could have happened in this case.

It's been mentioned in here why would Michael have left the game early. It could have been for any number of reasons, but one I haven't seen mentioned is that he didn't actually intend to leave. He could have popped outside for a smoke and then been denied re-entry (whether due to being visibly drunk or due to a no re-entry policy at the stadium).

Do we know what the stadium policy is on re-entry? (Or, for that matter, whether there are smoking areas in the stadium?)

I was thinking the same thing. Did they see him on video or is it because that's where he tried to get the uber from?

Seems like they searched for about an hour. The reporter whose tweet was posted above said they boarded the boat. He posted that about an hour after his first tweet.

The lady who said she saw him on Friday is standing by her story. As far as she knows, they checked out her story by looking in the area and not finding him or anyone matching the description of the man she saw

I have been to events there, mostly concerts. There is a no re-entry policy. You can re-enter to North Station which is the same building but you will not be able to re-enter the venue!

Also, they stop serving liquor at a certain time before the event ends.

They are very clear about the no entry policy as well! Signs everywhere and security guards at the exits who make sure you understand as well (I had to leave a game early once).

If I remember correctly they stop serving alcohol about an hour before the game or event is supposed to be over.

Yes At theatre they stop serving after the intermission but we can still go out and get back in if we have out ticket.

Do not know if accurate but mom said she actually saw the video and to use her words she stated that was not her son
