Fantastic work by LSU FACES on his reconstruction
Probably tossed it in the trash after his 18th. JmoEstimated DOD was listed as 1987-1991 and the first post said "State Police believe that the youth was a runaway, but his description did not match that of any teen-agers reported missing locally."
Did they lose his missing person report or did they not look hard enough? MOO
So he went missing as a teenager from the same state where he was found 4 years later, and no one ever connected the dots. That is saddening.
Or simply never digitized it, so it wasn't in any database. He was found close to where he disappeared from. I wonder if they purged his case when he turned 18

Remains found off I-95 decades ago identified as Mass. teen who went missing in 1988
The Essex District Attorney’s Office said the remains found off I-95 in 1992 are that of a local teenage boy who went missing nearly four decades ago.www-boston25news-com.cdn.ampproject.org
I learned this too, from a woman who had been married to his Father initially. If you look at the fundraiser page, those are the pictures of Anthony.Where did you learn this?
