DC is the hub for Amtrak turnarounds to and from NYC to Boston. I use the Acela to NYC and it only stops at major depots (DC, BWI airport, Baltimore, Wilmington, Philly, Trenton, Metro park, Newark airport, NYC.) Same goes for NYC to Boston... Acela does only major stops. Now the Regional train is the one that stops at all of the small and major stops. If this man is using the train to get around, he could hit a lot of places... the northeast rail corridor is pretty vast. Each of the major depots tend to have loads of taxi and bus services, as well. :(

For some reason I am thinking that this man has been at this for a while... he is just now getting tracked. Joel Rifkin went undetected for a while because he committed his crimes in various jurisdictions... this could be the case here, as well. It wouldn't surprise me...
 
I agree that he's been at this for awhile. Targeting women who were not likely to report the robberies, for obvious reasons. He probably could have continued to get away with it had he not resorted to murder. This arrogant dumba$$ really screwed up killing Julissa. I'm hopeful LE will find him very soon.

Thank you, we left on a "train" out of Providence and spent a day in Boston. I am almost sure we had to board the train "back" before a certain hour in the afternoon to return to Prov.

I do not think he took the regional train, but I could be very wrong. The stops are many between PVD and NYC. There are a few in Southern RI and then several in CT before Penn Station. From travel experiences from here to there, I can state that as fact.

I think he has a car. He hooks up at his leisure (ugh) with woman he finds on Craigslist. I truly do not believe he takes the train. But, that is just me.....
 
This is really scary. But, the surveillance photos seem to be pretty clear, and so I'm really hoping that someone is able to recognize this piece of crap guy.

I know that there are specific last train travel times at night. Yeah, learned through my own who would take the train to Boston from Providence for a day and then panic because of the last hour of travel home. I'm also very familiar with travel times between here and NYC. I think he drove....
 
It will certainly be enlightening to see why he murdered Julia Bissman. Was it money, thrills, sex ..or all three? I'm sure there is going to be more public controversary on whether these enticing ads should be on Craig's list or banned. There is discussion on Craig's List by people who legitimately offer massages, for example, who are upset. Anyhow, it is so tragic that this young woman was brutally murdered. The perpetrator demonstrates he is high tech with his Blackberry, but how come he is so oblivious to the possiblity of video cameras. I hope someone identifies him .

Maybe she put up more of a fight than any of his other victims? I don't know. Has there been any "proof" that sex takes place in these encounters, is there DNA from any contact (I thought I read that zip ties were used, wouldn't plastic hold a fingerprint)? I am asking seriously, I haven't read anything that says that LE has a DNA "fingerprint" on this man?

I do think enticing ads should be removed from Craig's List. I understand that some massage practitioners are legitimate and offer their services on any form of media that costs nothing, but I am guessing that many would be more than cautious and happy to abstain from Craig's List free advertising in exchange for their lives?

IMO, he doesn't look oblivious to the video cameras, he looks like a blend in the crowd kind of 30-ish person who looks like he believes that he is "average enough" to pass speculation. His "Blackberry" is quite average as well, there are 8 year olds running around with the same technology.

I wonder if he's the "average Joe" he looks like or if he's a seasoned criminal?

I just want him caught.

I believe Julissa put up a fight (being from NYC!!!!) and he didn't know how to deal with it in his usual manner. IMO, it will be his undoing.
 
I'm not sure if this has already been posted/addressed but..has it been confirmed that the killer responded to one of the Craigslist ads, or could it be that he posted an ad himself, and these women contacted him?
 
he maybe using a prepaid credit card.......where you spend say 100 dollars for a 100 dollar credit card........dont they sell them.....like they sell disposaible phones......i see them at gas stations........a phone you bye off the shell, and then activate it, and use it until the time on it is gone.....no contracts, payments etc...........and then he may be robbing them , to try and get back the money to buy another temparey credit card he funds himself...........all moo, nothing factual or for certain, all speculations on my part...........hes snapped, and could be taking taxi cabs with the money to various places........unsure

Is there a chance that there is something incriminating on the tape that they don't want "known" to the public? (I hope it contains some very useful information to make his capture happen FAST, like a car license plate or something?)
