Guarino reads text messages between Read and Laura Sullivan. Lally notes that Read tells Sullivan O'Keefe was found at 5am (an hour earlier than when she arrived at the scene with McCabe and Roberts).

I was wondering if the decision may be left right up until after Dr Russell(yay) and the fbi experts testify. If by that point Jackson and Yanetti feel their case for non vehicular strike is solid, they may see some benefit to KR testifying to hammer home her innocence. In all events her defense are excellent and I think they are flexible enough to play it by ear. Jmo

MSP Detective Guarino tells ADA Lally there were 50 calls from KR's phone to JO's phone on 1/29 from 12:30am to 6am. This would have been after KR says she dropped him off.
He also says "Ms. Reads phone auto connected to Mr okeefe’s wifi at 12:36 am" (Meadows Ave)
