Catching up now over here. And this does surely seem the case. But I think he said that the evidence or scene ‘talked to him’. So there is that.
But then he also says IIRC that he didn’t have to do any calculations? Yikes! Based on e.g. physics, vehicle, speed, mass, force, direction, momentum? (Eye roll here….. ) And apologies if I included some terms that the associate investigator didn’t actually use. MOO
