After they got access to Read's phone, they found some communications with her attorney. They're not allowed to look at them. So they sent to AG's office which removed those messages then returned the phone several months later.

Ok! So they got the Defense phone, but destroyed the prosecutors phones. Oh they painfully extracted two text messages

So this witness just uttered under his breath " kill me!" I'm watching the a delayed feed by one of the more well known YouYubers out there and she caught it, rewound it and he absolutely 1000% sighed and said " Kill me" under his breath!!
