I've been following a couple of attorneys who have been posting on youtube since the trial began, but they are going into it blind so they don't have any additional info.

My prior knowledge comes from watching all of the preliminary hearings and reading all the publicly available court filings.
Exactly, watching the prelim hearings, all that information is right out there for us all as well as the court filings available to the wanting to be educated and informed on what we believe and why, from both . Utube is for entertainment and getting paid for it pretty much, no clue. You do so hopefully discern what are facts and what is just talk and pandering to one side ..or the other. I bet there are lots of those channels at this point on this event.

Might be able to help if I could understand the prosecutor witnesses version of events. Their timelines contradicted each other.
I agree...
Prosecution needs to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she did the crime.

And it sounds like their case is almost over. My own opinion, they haven't succeeded.

The issues with the timeline.
The failed accident reconstructing.
The impeached Jen McCabe.
The medical examiners.

And in the last few days a member posted how the owner of the home replaced his floorboards and sold his home. I wish whoever posted this would post it again, because there were other important facts in that post. I wish I would have saved it.

What would be his motive?
What in his history would lead you to believe this?
Drinking men as well as women don't always need a motive.

We are now gonna take defense attorneys word as gospel on Websleuths?

Do we have access to these reports?
Do we know what exactly they based their findings on?

if I had a dollar every time a defense attorney claimed their client didn’t do it… I’d be rich.

I'm not sure how closely you've been following the trial, but this isn't some defense lawyer's imaginary expert. We've seen the reconstructionists and know who they are. We know their extensive educational background and experience. They've been voir dire'd and told the judge that they were hired by the FBI / DoJ to do an unbiased investigation.

We don't know exactly what they're going to say, but considering that the defense is calling them and not the prosecution, I think we can safely say that their testimony is not great for the Commonwealth.

The whole paid PR thing, YouTube, etc really sickens me. When I see the lengths people will go to for money & clicks - it’s very dangerous to our system of Justice. The bias, lies and manipulation & harassment - it’s just not right.
I didn’t like it when it was done to Casey Anthony’s either.

I can throw out Jen McCabes testimony and the accident reconstruction dude and still be left with more than enough to convict her of manslaughter

You will be hearing from the horses mouth very soon.

Also need to know the background on that family, BH, JO'K findings that were public and reported to CPD, where Alberts brother Kevin works, things like that make a difference, but you have to be natural learner and curious and think outside the box for perspective on life.

Without Trooper Paul, there's been zero testimony that Karen hit John. He's the only person to claim that on the stand.

I’m convinced Jen McCabe did not google “ Hos long to die in the colk” around 2am

I found her to be truthful & largely corroborated by Kerry Roberts

I didn’t think anyone lied about anything relevant.

I agree that I think the whole 2 AM Google thing has largely been disproven and was always a red herring.

So...NG admitted that KR did not delete ANY phone calls or google searches on January 29, 2022, despite allegedly killing John O'Keefe on that day.
YET JM did......
Did I hear that right???
You heard that loud and clear!

I think she hit him, knew she hit him. She left. She didn’t think she incapacitated him & didn’t care.
I think this started coming back to her as she sobered up.
This would explain how she knew exactly where to find him, even though he was complete covered in inches of snow, in the dark, during a blizzard.

I rewatched Kerry Robert’s testimony-
You've succinctly shared what you think happened, and it's a well thought out theory. Unfortunately, the theory doesn't hold up when tested against facts in evidence under oath.

Here we agree- the defense is excellent and the prosecution is average
I agree with your take on the defense and the prosecution. To be fair, however, the prosecution had to work with what they were given, which was meager at best.

I want someone who thinks she’s guilty to explain how she was hitting him with a car at 1245 but home on the WiFi ant 1230. How did the witness have such a clear view of an suv parked out front at 1245 when KR is home? Yep, she’s a liar. It can be spun however people please but that’s a fact. Either she’s a liar or LE is wrong. Which is it? Explain how FBI experts say he wasn’t hit by a car. Explain how 2 taillight pieces became 5. Explain how a car hits someone’s arm and sends them flying 30 feet but there’s no bruises or broken bones?

I agree that I think the whole 2 AM Google thing has largely been disproven and was always a red herring.
The 2am search is sexy though and makes people money on social media. Some people hung their hat on that "evidence" before it was disputed yet they are doubling down on it. I still see people stating that John's belt was used to carry him out of the house even though we were shown that the belt was attached to his pants. I have never seen a trial where the prosecution and judge are so hated, all the prosecution witnesses are written off as liars or uneducated, there's victim character smearing, and everyone is in on the joke (as per Karen). There could be video of Karen hitting John and people would still argue that it's doctored 'cause Proctor.
What would make me vote guilty on a jury? The car data, the phone location data, Karen's alcohol consumption, Karen's statements in the morning. Motive? Prosecution doesn't need to show one but it's obvious that Karen isn't a mentally healthy person to be in a relationship with. She's got a temper. She assumes the worst, that John is with another woman and she's enraged. We don't know anything about their conversation in the car but I doubt it was calm and rational hence the phone calls starting immediately.

The dna on the tail light was touch dna not blood dna

By the CW’s own witness, his admission she was on Jon’s wifi at 12:36am but the CW says he was hit at 12:45am

No broken bones on JOK, no bruising where there should be

The CW witnesses texting each other saying don’t say he was in the house

Higgins left and went “to work” for something like 15 hours mysteriously after the incident

Higgins went to a military base to destroy his SIM card and cell phone

Experts not hired by the defense but by the fbi are going to testify he wasn’t hit by a car

Tail light pieces inconsistent in evidence

Chain of command for evidence missing for some items

Etc
Etc

I don’t know, how can I say she definitely hit him

Go back and watch Kerry Robert’s testimony-
It includes the conditions as recorded by responding officers dash cam.
He was covered -
How does the snow fall prove your theory of the case? TIA

BBM
I already feel KR is innocent and being framed. But everytime I learn more, like what was bbm, it solidifies it even more.
