Loughran agrees with Lally that there is no street lighting in the area of the fire hydrant at 34 Fairview Road.

Loughran says on Feb 15, 2022, he told someone named Paul that he'd seen a Ford Edge at the house. Couldn't say what color because he's color blind.

Loughran says he learned where O'Keefe's body was found through police reports and news reports.
