Sheridan says there was a laceration to the eyelid. He says he does not believe it's possible that injuries was caused by shattered glass/plastic. "I find that hard to conceive," he says.

"There was no fracture that appeared to be coming from the front," Sheridan says. (The defense has suggested O'Keefe was punched.)

Yeah that's because the defense is suggesting he fell backwards onto a hard object. They're not suggesting he received any front fractures so Lally just eliciting the obvious moo

Sheridan persists in his opinion, says he does not believe it's possible that this was a motor vehicle collision.

Lally asks if frozen ground could cause the blunt force trauma. Sheridan answers "a thin layer of ice" could not make that much difference.
Go again Dr Sheridan!

I don't think anyone feels he was punched. I think things got heated, yelling, dog jumps in, JOK falls and whacks his head. They all freak out.

On cross, Lally asks Dr. Sheridan if he knew: swabs from JO's clothing came back negative for dog DNA. Tiny pieces of tail light were found in his clothes. His DNA a match for DNA on tail light. Sheridan says no, he wasn't aware of any of this.

There can’t be evidence of JO being in the house, because it was NEVER investigated.
MOO, his clothes were not investigated properly either...

Defense calls Dr. Daniel Wolfe. He's an expert for @ARCCAexperts. He's the director of accident reconstruction. He was hired by the DOJ/FBI to do a third party reconstruction analysis. The jury will not know who hired him.

Wolfe is a great witness

@BienickWCVB

Reminder: Wolfe and his ARCCA colleague, Andrew Rentschler, testified during a hearing last week without the jury present. The judge held that hearing to determine the scope of their testimony before the trial.

Wolfe sees all types of driving accidents.
Details more of his education.
Explains what Photogrammetry is, that they can pull data & reconstruct from photos.
Often they are called well after the accidents.

His field of work is visibility. He has seen thousands of pedestrian accidents.

Jurors are paying attention, although only a couple are taking notes.
Jackson asks about what triggers a sudden breaking event.
During the answer, Lally asks to approach.

Wolfe said last week he was originally hired by DOJ/FBI as part of a separate probe. the jury is not to hear about this information. Wolfe testifies he has looked at how the human body reacts when hit by a car. "We use hybrid dummies for testing."
