SHE prob assured that clan all will be good andddd.. plus, aware of the FBI investigation.Seriously, what is compelling Bev's behavior.
Truly shameless.
A broken, ugly system.

I said earlier I wonder if she’d discuss with a colleague who would talk some sense into her. At least she’s addressing it againWow....she has reconsidered AJ's concern. Clearly she got heat from someone above her.
Is that how our jury system should operate? Just hope that one juror correctly understands the forms and can effectively explain it to 11 others?I'm sure there's at least one juror that can explain the verdict form to those who can't figure it out. JMO.

clearly her superiors got to her quickly on that unprofessional behavior.Judge is changing her tune about the verdict form. Being nice to AJ and saying she understands his concerns.
If you read this posted earlier: https://www.mass.gov/rules-of-criminal-procedure/criminal-procedure-rule-27-verdictHopefully they will ask if they have questions about it. And if not, and there's any kind of guilty verdict, AJ may request specific verbiage for the jury polling, if that's allowed.
IMO MOO
That is not the juror's responsibility, that is the judge's responsibility. I wouldn't want a random juror explaining something that vital if I were on trial for murder - or any other charge, for that matter.I'm sure there's at least one juror that can explain the verdict form to those who can't figure it out. JMO.

If the lead charge has a guilty and not guilt box to check but the lesser charges only have a guilty block, it implies that there's no option to say not guilty. There is not a "guilty" and "not guilty" place for each individual charge.
There is a guilty and a not guilty for ONE of the charges.
Right?? Boggles the mind. There is a judge for a reason. Is that how our jury system should operate? Just hope that one juror correctly understands the forms and can effectively explain it to 11 others?
Or she took a refreshing power nap.Or she was on Twitter back in her chambers!![]()
