Brennan now saying the CW took molds of Chloe's mouth/teeth?

So they found Chloe and have taken moulds of her teeth?

......and, mysteriously....they are implants !!
LOL.....just fantasizing here.

The CW sure has $pent alot of time trying to discredit Dr Russell, if indeed they have something beneficial, such as moulds of poor Chloes teeth. How do they PROVE it's Chloe ????

MOO

I can’t wait to see the ‘Chain of Custody’ for that new evidence. SMH. (And no dog puns are intended.) MOO

As I recall, the Defense tried to find Chloe and the Alberts were not forthcoming with info as to where she was re-homed. So it is quite interesting that now all of a sudden they have molds of the dog's mouth and teeth/bite. Must have had a veterinarian take the molds is all I can figure.

I like this prosecutor and the "scorched earth" approach. I have nothing against this doctor and her experience. But IMO she is not an expert in ruling out bites vs object damage. I also like hearing that her research and non-research into this death event is not at a fact or expert level. FWIW, I don't care if she is allowed to testify or not. I do like this new prosecutor.

Sure hope this prosecutor uses his scorched earth approach on the CW expert witness Trooper Paul. He was an abject disaster on the stand!

Paul gets an automatic pass and qualifies as an expert just because he's a state trooper. As comical and as hard to believe as that may be.

Yeah. Trooper " It just did" Paul...

Can’t disagree at all @nodamselindistress ….. but IMO might modify that just a tad? I hope the defense team uses scorched earth on trooper proctor this time too - at trial. That is if he appears this time. And if the case proceeds. I am perplexed that that individual proctor even still apparently has a job there IIUC? SMH. MOO

Haven't watched the latest but I believe Dr Russell testified at trial x1 that the majority of the parallel, symmetrical wounds on JOK's right arm were consistent with claw scratches, not bites. So hope this is coming out during this hearing. Moo

On what grounds could Judge Cannone exclude this expert? I 'm tired of this constant farce. The insistence those wounds were caused by shards of tail light which yielded zero skin, blood or DNA of the victim is delusional and an outright fabrication imo.

Moulds if Chloe's teeth? Why not introduced at last trial? Yes, let's see the chain of custody for that. And get some of her claws while you're at it CW. If the dog is alive that is. Moulds of the teeth aren't important, it's the claws. Jmo

I have a friend who owns an exhuberant 85 pound dog. This dog is not at all aggressive but gets insanely excited when another friend comes over and scratches him through his shirt. It doesn’t take much for that to happen.

So let’s see if this is really Chloe or if they found a stand in with missing incisors!!

Pretty obvious to me that the CW will call a dog bite expert this time and he/she will compare the molds of Chloe's mouth and claim it is not possible that Chloe caused those injuries to JO's arm.

So what caused the wounds then? They better have some other theory because to claim it was tail light shards that caused those injuries is absurd and not believable IMHO.

I don't know this case as well as others. Is it possible animals caused the injuries after he was struck by a car? Or are they saying that blood was found on the shards of glass.

There was no blood on the taillight pieces (if that's what you mean, taillight is not made of actual glass) and what little blood there was was collected at the scene in red solo cups donated by a neighbor.

My MIL used to live within a 1/2 of a mile of the Albert house. It's not rural and I never heard or saw any coyotes in that area. I do have them in the woods near my house sometimes but I've never seen any roaming around during snow storms.

None of O'Keefe's injuries were consistent with a pedestrian strike. And of course, a boat load of people walked/drove past where John's body was supposedly left by Read and never saw a 6 foot body lying on the front law, under the master bedroom window.

OMG this is still going on???!!!!! I went out on some errands and came back and see they are still going at it. This trial is going to be a bigger farce than the 1st one.

Evidence collection in this case was so amateurish that it cannot be trusted. Some of the CW's own evidence tech testimony brought inconsistencies to light, such as the number of tail light pieces collected turned out to be more than was necessary to reconstruct the tail light. It can't be counted on.

Totally. I'm not going to watch this hearing. Not sure I'll have the equanimity to get through trial x2 either. As you say it is farcical and then some.

Yes, the claws. They are either or, but claws would of had John's DNA on them perhaps, or def the washed and dried for like 18 hours or something shirt he was wearing. All a farce. All would of had to have been done professionally an at once, you know, secure the crime scene and all..never mind, it didn't happen, nothing to DNA on about in the house or the dog, just horrific people.
