What do you find the most troubling aspect of the inverted video?

You know they showed that camera was inverting video prior to that day?
The most troubling part is they said on the stand that he was not near the damaged taillight based on the video they were showing. They then had to admit under cross examination that the video was inverted and he was in fact by the damaged taillight. The fact that the video of when her vehicle arrived at the Sallyport is missing. The fact that trooper Proctor was in possession of the video evidence prior to turning it over to the CW late, after the trial started. The fact that all of the “evidence“ was handled by trooper Proctor after he specifically said that the house was owned by a cop.

It is interesting to me to hear those that think KR is guilty hinge on the fact that she is unlikable and she was drunk that night. Let us not forget that every single police officer that went to that party was also drunk that night. Let us also not forget that it has been proven that multiple police officers were drunk on other nights and driving.

The totality of the missing information makes me absolutely believe there is reasonable doubt in this case. There is also bias and horrible constitutional rights being violated by this bias. She should be considered not guilty by this judge until proven guilty.

Although they have all claimed that John never made it into the house, most of those witnesses have been shown to be lying about the events of that night. If KR actually did do this, they are partly to blame for not getting justice because they chose to lie in order to cover whatever it is, they are trying to cover for that night.

Let us also not forget that they did not mention a certain young man being present at the house that night

My bold. Agree. Another judge probably would have dismissed the case on this alone. (Reference Alec Baldwin case)

If KR actually did hit and kill JO at 34 Fairview, how are the others partly to blame as JO never came into the house and when the visitors left to go home in the blizzard, only one witness reported seeing something on the lawn ?

The first time anyone would have been alerted to the death would have been when KR/JM showed back up at 34 Fairview at ~6am.

The defense exposed that it was inverted during trial, so there was no prejudice to KR from that, it was detrimental to the Commonwealth. It's highly unlikely that they would have set out to mislead the jury and be exposed in this way - it's more likely to be lack of trial preparation between the prosecutor and witnesses, and confusion, IMO.

There is video of the car being put on the tow truck with missing taillight, before it ever got to the sallyport, and admissions by KR about removing broken taillight pieces in John's driveway, demonstrating that missing sallyport video couldn't be exculpatory evidence in any event.

Do you have a link to this video you allege exists? Because if you are referring to the Dighton driveway video shown at trial, the taillight area not visible. There WAS testimony from the Dighton police officer on scene that the light was minimally cracked and not missing 47 pieces, including the large chunks allegedly found at Fairview by the state police (keeping in mind of course that when there was minimal snow on the ground the Canton PD using a leaf blower didn't find a single red shard. Not a one. )

And there was no taillight found at One Meadows. Read said she was joking

I hope he gets a book deal and writes a tell all.

Really? A misogynist and a horrible investigator that didn’t follow basic procedures such as chain of custody? You read that he was fired for drinking on the job, right?

Thanks for proving my point. Minimal damage at most.

Also, I believe with the keystrokes, they show her vehicle backing up after police took custody. The keystrokes are crucial as they can’t be manipulated by either side.

Right! We know he had his wife and sister on the street schilling for him for a good week in advance of his firing and I think the best they came up with was a radio host in Rhode Island.

Good riddance...

What could he write about though? He's not permitted to share confidential information that he gleaned from the police role. And if he talked again about Karen Read, he would likely face charges of some kind. He will never hold another professional role because of his lack of integrity. He put himself, and his family, in a bind, that's for sure. He should have known better, although he's cleary not very bright.
MOO.

BBM -

What really did happen to JO ? I find it hard to believe that he was beaten senseless inside the Albert house and thrown out in plain view in the front yard to die. Too bad one of the neighbors across the street didn't have a Ring or outside camera.
I am with you here. I find it hard to believe they would throw him out on the front lawn too. I mean, what would they think would happen if he's found on their front lawn then? If Karen had not come back that morning, he'd be right there on the Alberts' lawn. And then what ... ? I wonder if that helps explain all the butt calls the two made to each other in the wee hours, (Higgins/B_Albert). I wonder if that helps explain that they had already planned not to go outside when he was found. It's so peculiar Brian Albert never went outside to investigate when all those first responders were outside. There's no way they would sleep through the commotion. Did they conclude, "Let's just throw him on the front yard and say he never came inside".
MOO.

Are you referring to the script along the bottom of the video?
Yes, the date stamp. I couldn't find the cross examination from the defense about the date stamp, but here is an example of how it went. Because everything was inverted, the date stamp should also have been inverted but it read normally, which means it was manually manipulated.

He could write a book about how he drinks on the job and shames his fellow officers with how he conducts his investigations and texts to all his friends bashing the woman he is investigating.

He could write a book, well someone else would be of course FOR him, about desperate to be 'in with the cool kids' so much that professionalism and training went out the window. PLAYED and hope he thinks of a way to make some dough re mi such as sell his story when he can about the cool kids that watched him take the hit, hoping they are not next in some way.
